REGPALCOHOL is a national full-service engineering firm offering complete civil, structural, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation design services. REGPA, is an enterprise ranked as the first because of the 12 Ethanol plants designed and built in México. We are located in Orizaba; Veracruz with our Southeast Regional Office in Tuxtepec; Oaxaca. REGPA and REGPALCOHOL was established in 1989.

Our engineering experience covers biofuels including: Ethanol, bio-diesel and bio-fuel; high pressure boilers, cogeneration, waste water treatment, organic fertilizers, agricultural processing, food processing and many other heavy industrial projects. We have been involved in the design of over 25 ethanol plants covering 6 states in México, 1 in Nigeria and 1 in Perú. Project experience includes greenfield sites, brownfield sites, plant expansions, and plant modifications.

We support our clients at every phase of their project. Our services are offered on a design-build or engineering only basis and includes environmental permitting, site preparation, site utilities, fire protection, foundation design, structural steel design, mechanical building systems, process piping, process utilities, electrical and instrumentation.

In other hand, REGPA; REGPALCOHOL and REGPA-flex has developed an Ethanol converter which helps to use Ethanol as fuel in conventional fuel injection engines. The REGPA-flex converter improves the engine to use Ethanol (E-100), or E-85, or E-20; or AE-96; or Gasolines. The device does not modify the engine, this allows you all the time to take your REGPA-flex converter and install it into other car. This equipment "always returns to home"
